Kirov Plant in St. Petersburg has released the updated version of tractor Kirovec. The K-424 model will be produced in lots, and the enterprise designates it the big future: new Kirovec is planned to be exported to the European Union countries.
The car weights 11 tons has the 240 h.p. engine. 700 million Russian rubles have been invested into development and start of the K-424 batch oriented production.
First Kirovec — wheel agricultural tractors of the fifth draft class — were produced in the Soviet Union. The equipment can carry out digging, melioration, road-building and other types of works.
As the head of Petersburg Tractor Plant Sergey Serebryakov has reported to media, the company plans to take half of the Russian market in segment of tractors of the third, fourth and fifth draft draft classes.
