On the way to a meat-processing plant in Polish village,Beeches, a cow decided to run away from death. During transportation the animal rammed a metal barrier of the truck, ran to the lake and swam to the island where she stays for three weeks.
The cow was quickly found on the bank of the lake Nysa. Farmer's assistant tried to allure her, but the cow attacked the woman: she broke her arm and has a bruised rib. After that the cow swam to the island and didn't allow to approach herself closer than for 70 meters. The farmer was fined because he couldn't look after his animal properly.
The owner of a cow addressed the veterinarian and asked him to neutralize the animal safely. However doctor was out of gas sprays with anesthetic and buying new medicines will take several days. The owner of the cow doesn't consider the option of killing the animal because in this case he won't be payed for it at the meat-processing plant.
Pavel Kukiz, a local politician,saved "cow hero" from death, having said that "if all citizens showed the same determination as this cow, Poland would be more prosperous country".
