Visitor registration for Grow Expo Astana 2026 is now open

Visitor registration has opened for Grow Expo Astana 2026 — the International Exhibition of Greenhouse Equipment and Technologies for Plant Cultivation in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, which will take place from April 8 to 10, 2026, at the EXPO International Exhibition Center in Astana.

Following its successful debut last year, the exhibition received strong recognition from the professional community and secured its position as a key industry platform for the region.

Over the course of three days, greenhouse operators and farm managers, agronomists, and agricultural sector specialists will be able to explore new products and select practical solutions in greenhouse equipment, climate control, automation, lighting, and irrigation systems, taking into account the conditions of Central Asia and the needs of regional production.

Exhibition scale and format

In 2026, Grow Expo Astana will be held simultaneously with the 13th International Exhibition of Floriculture and Green Industry Flora Expo Astana. This combined format will increase the inflow of target audiences from related industries and strengthen business connections.

The joint format brings together the entire green industry value chain on one platform — from cultivation and breeding to storage, logistics, and the implementation of technological solutions for greenhouse and agricultural enterprises.

More than 220 companies from 20 countries will participate across the two exhibitions, including Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Ecuador, Kenya, China, Poland, Russia, Belarus, France, Turkey, Switzerland, South Korea, and others. The geography of participants will continue to expand.

National pavilions

The exhibition will feature national pavilions from Europe and Asia.

The Netherlands Pavilion will bring together companies specializing in greenhouse technologies, climate control, automation, and sustainable solutions for industrial crop production.

South Korea will showcase manufacturers of tapeners, repair tapes, electric pruning shears, roll traps, ventilation equipment, and shading nets.

China will present manufacturers of adaptable greenhouse systems for various crops and climatic conditions, as well as integrated solutions for microclimate management, irrigation, and plant protection.

Exhibitors

The Grow Expo Astana 2026 exhibition is structured around the key segments of greenhouse and agricultural production and covers solutions for projects of all scales — from building greenhouses from scratch to expanding, modernizing, and technologically upgrading existing facilities.

The presented technologies are focused on key crops in demand across Central Asia, including tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, leafy greens, herbs, potatoes, strawberries, blueberries, and citrus crops, taking into account regional climatic conditions and industrial cultivation practices.

In the design and construction segment, turnkey industrial and farm greenhouses, film and glass structures, and engineering and climate solutions for year-round cultivation will be showcased. Technologies and projects will be presented by Van der Hoeven, Kubo, Dalsem, Agrotech Didam, Richel, AP Holland, ALNIX, and Henan Yutuo Agricultural Technology.

The automation and cultivation management block will bring together climate control systems, microclimate management, irrigation, and resource optimization solutions, as well as integrated equipment supply and technological support for greenhouse operations. Solutions from Priva, Meteor Systems, Royal Brinkman, Prime HortiSolutions, and others will be presented.

Special attention will be given to plant nutrition and protection. The exhibition will feature professional substrates and growing media from Grodan, Lama Torf, and Fabrika Gruntov, mineral fertilizers and crop protection products from Syngenta, Avgust, Fertika, Bashinkom, Expert Garden, KosAgroKommerz, and BASF, as well as biological solutions from Bio Technology.

The seeds, planting material, and technological packaging segment includes solutions for vegetable, fruit, and berry crops, as well as containers, trays, and systems for seedling production and forcing from YustaPlast and Amina Plast.

The exhibition will also be complemented by greenhouse components and infrastructure solutions, including aluminum structures, seedling tables, lighting, heating systems, and construction materials from GreenAl, Reflax, Technonikol, and Express-Agro.

Industry associations and international platforms will also take part in the exhibition, including the Union of Greenhouses of Kazakhstan, Dutch Greenhouse Delta (Netherlands), and the Gyeongsangbuk-do Association of Agricultural Product Manufacturers (South Korea).

International visitor audience

Grow Expo Astana 2026 is aimed at a professional audience from the greenhouse sector and related markets. The exhibition is traditionally attended by delegations of buyers and industry specialists from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Russia, Azerbaijan, China, and other countries.

More than 3,000 professional visitors are expected in 2026. The exhibition serves as a key B2B platform for direct business contacts between regional buyers and international suppliers, as well as for shaping procurement strategies and planning production seasons.

Grow Expo Astana 2026 is recommended for greenhouse owners and managers, agronomists, farmers, representatives of agricultural companies, specialists in climate control, irrigation, and lighting systems, distributors of agricultural products, investors, entrepreneurs, industry researchers, media representatives, and students of профиль universities.

Exhibition visitors will be able to:

  • explore new products and solutions from leading manufacturers and suppliers;
  • find new business partners among companies involved in plant cultivation;
  • obtain up-to-date information on the current state of relevant markets;
  • meet potential clients, partners, and industry peers;
  • enhance professional competencies and exchange experience through the business program.

Business program

The exhibition will be accompanied by a comprehensive business program addressing key issues in the development of the greenhouse industry, including innovation adoption, export risks, import regulation, and measures to support sustainable agriculture.

The central industry event will be the Astana Greenhouse Forum, held jointly with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Union of Greenhouses of Kazakhstan. The forum will focus on greenhouse production economics, tariff policy, import and export issues, phytosanitary requirements, and systemic challenges facing the industry.

The program will also include the III Netherlands Day Forum, where Dutch companies will present practical solutions for greenhouse and crop production businesses — from cultivation technologies and climate control to automation. Co-organizers are the Embassy of the Netherlands in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Dutch Greenhouse Delta.

Grow Talks will bring together applied sessions for greenhouse owners and managers, focusing on crop profitability, variety selection, biological plant protection, water quality, and solutions applicable in the current season.

A new format, Grow Academy, will be launched as an educational program for students and young professionals, aimed at addressing industry workforce needs and providing practical agricultural education.

The development of the berry segment will be reflected in Berry Talks — a practical conference for agronomists and farmers, co-organized by Azamat Zheksembiyev, a berry business expert and organizer of the International Berry Forum.
