The AGCO corporation presented Valtra SmartGlass windshield with the transparent projective display. The novelty will be placed on Valtra tractors.
The display projects all output information on to the windshield: temperature of the engine or hydraulic system, engine speed, tractor speed, fuel or urea level, external equipment data . Also the incoming call can be shown on the display.
In the future functions of the display will be expanded. The device will be able to warn about the transport passing by, about people standing nearby the tractor or about obstacles on the road. Also there will be an opportunity to display data of AGCO Fuse precise farming .
Valtra SmartGlass glass will be presented in models of the N and T series as the option Unlimited. The basic functionality of "smart glass" will appear on the market during 2018, expanded functions — a little later.
