Nowadays agricultural sector is actively developing and the latest tendency is that farmers would like to own modern reliable equipment which will never let them down and will allow them harvesting high yields.

And it is even better if the equipment at the same time doesn't need any repair.

And you know what? It is possible. The main thing in this case is to choose the right producer.

All Weasler activities are according to the ISO standards 9001:2008. The company also has full after-sales service program offered by distributors and their dealers worldwide. It also includes a wide range of products and marketing tools which help to increase efficiency of repair and spare parts selection.

Vitaly Grinevich doesn't deny that there are a lot of producers of similar products in the world. But there is one nuance. «If the Italian producer makes cardan shafts in his own system, then he can deliver component parts only for  Italian systems — he explains — In the same way  German producer can't provide his spare part for  Italian cardan shaft – it won't suit standard size. Weasler does component parts for all systems — all standard sizes will be suitable».

It must be also noted that Weasler has several product patents.

Professionals in agricultural sector usually prepare for the season beforehand and check that component parts are in the warehouse all time long. Equipment breakdowns can happen at any time but unfortunately most of the companies which can sell necessary spare parts, don't work on weekends. But it’s not the same with MashAgro. Here the landowner can find a helping hand even on Saturday or Sunday.

«We are always ready to help our customers and we work even during national holidays and weekend. It is about Belarusian market. Russian customers are usually different. If they buy a cardan shaft, then they also buy component parts — yokes, cross-kits. There are severe work conditions like heat and machine operator not always can grease on time or it was already greased improperly. And cardan shaft is such a mechanism which can be hand-made if it's necessary. If you have a hammer and nippers to remove a ring, it will be possible to repair a cardan shaft in any conditions. But it is only possible if we speak about  high-quality product. Low-quality product is like plasticine, it can't be resistant.

MashAgro has many spare parts in stock. If you need a large volume delivery, then the company works for dealer’s customers in Russia on order. At the same time dealers have an opportunity to get products directly from a warehouse in Belarus. In the nearest future the warehouse in Lithuania will be opened and delivery periods will decrease considerably.

More than 60% of orders come from Russia; other part is represented by customers from Belarus, Lithuania and Ukraine.

Weasler Easy Lock safety system

Weasler has proved itself as the best producer of cardan shafts protection products. The company makes protection both for simple cardan shafts and for wide angle cardan shafts. Moreover, in a wide angle line it is made both for the European type of the hinge (EUCV) and for world  type(WWCV).

Each Weasler shaft is equipped with the compact protection fastening system - Weasler Easy Lock. It allows making easily and quickly dismantling/mounting of protection within several seconds if service of a shaft is required.

To open the lock you can use any key, a coin or a screw-driver.  There are no screws and bolts for fastening and it is an additional plus about the system. Developers have foreseen an integrated nipple to lubricate. It is remarkable that the system is combined both with original Weasler shafts and with shafts from other brands.

All Weasler protection systems pass laboratory tests in severe conditions under the influence of ultraviolet and ozone, at the accelerated aging cycles to ensure long life cycle.

New generation wide angle joint 80 °- SHRUS  

In its protection system patented Avtolock for easy fastening is used and also other patented developments — the centering node equipped with floating plates and a separate lubrication point for the sphere and the plug of the hinge.

New generation wide angle joint -SHRUS allows cars to transfer torsion torque smoothly without losses at wide turning angles. This spare part is used in different types of the equipment, including trailers - sorters, sprayers, hook-on mowers, spreaders of liquid fertilizers,baler presses, rakes, rotary tedders, rotary rakes, food mixers and others.

It should be noted that Weasler has offered the best ratio of delivered power to hinge weight in the market. SHRUS differs in light compact design and is very convenient in operation. Tempered spherical node provides long life cycle. As envisioned by developers, floating plates of the hinge interfere with dirt and loss of lubricant, ensuring high-quality functioning of the mechanism throughout long time. Jointed safety system provides full coverage at maximum angles. This expanded system includes E-kit technology — cross-kits increased lubrication intervals at the expense of expanded channels without durability losses and also patented elements — tight sphere, a  hub and also hermetic central body.

It is possible to combine wide angle hinge SHRUS with all types of  pipes and rectangular/spline shafts.

In addition to standard P-Kit (standard) cross-kits company offers also E-Kit (strengthened). P-Kit cross-kits has high quality combined with lubrication interval of 8 to 50 hours. E-Kit cross-kits which were specially developed for very modern machinery which work under close conditions provide increased power and increased lubrication intervals with a cycle of 50-250 hours.

Landing sizes are identical. But they differ from each other in transmitted power. Standard is 39 kW, strengthened — 49 kW. While using the right cardan shaft, if we replace the cross-kits with standard on strengthened, we can increase transmitted power which will be maintained by the cardan shaft in general — the director of MashAgro told.

One more difference between P-Kit and E-Kit cross-kits is that the size of needle roller bearings at the second is bigger.

 

New generation friction clutch – TorQmaster

One more unique Weasler creation is a friction clutch TorQmaster.

TorQmaster is the patented technology which allows to disseminate quickly released heat, increases durability of transmission, protects the mechanism.

 

It is the only limiter of torsion torque which is capable to transfer the set power continuously while overloaded. This quality is particularly important at launching highly - inertial mechanisms and also at equalization of torsion fluctuations arising because of cyclic overloads.

Developers have foreseen in these clutch friction plates resistant to corrosion and also a self recovery function of the set parameters. These clutches are simple in service and have wear indicators which help to understand if service is needed. Modular construction is available with free movement, free-wheel mechanism, through shaft, repeated gearing and without those options.

Weasler mechanicals have foreseen availability of several types of frictional packages:

- at normal loadings of the torque settings from 450 to 2000 Nm are available (O 178mm/7")

- at high loadings of the torque settings from 900 to 2700 Nm are available (O 239mm/9").

Clutch pack and pressing disk from gray cast iron have the patented controlled area of clutch for effective dispersion of heat and a reliable friction coefficient. Cooling edges effectively take away heat and isolate it from other nodes.

Availability of a wear proof compensation spring in the clutch  allows to support constantly the torque at the set level.

Thanks to its design, the clutch made of heat-resistant material provides uniform clutch of friction plates that increases the term of its life.

 

 

The integrated automatic clutch

 An integrated automatic clutch is also a modern Weasler development. It disconnects the power supply from the transmission at emergence of overload and resumes connection only after speed reduction. During lack of gearing the patented design minimizes damaging jumps of torsion torque and temperature.

It is remarkable that neither the clutch, nor overrunning clutch demands technical maintenance. In case of malfunction the driver receives the sound notification. This clutch is tight and is equipped with protection against breaking.

Developers have provided availability of the corresponding torsion torque at different angles of the cardan hinge. Depending on the equipment and requirements, it is possible to apply casting options — designs with an overrunning clutch or without it, with the cardan shaft or with a through shaft.

In The integrated automatic clutch construction there is patented effective overload protection which is reached by transformation of axial spring force into rotary force.

The design of the clutch provides rotation of a spring with minimum load during lack of gearing, minimizing the damaging jumps of a torsion torque and temperature.

The automatic clutch works the same as the shear bolt, as fast as possible removes transmission. But as soon as the obstacle is removed and speed goes down, it enters gearing again and continues to work — Vitaly Grinevich explained.

Protection level against torsion torque is defined by the choice of a spring and is checked for each assembly. The design of integrated automatic clutch with the built-in fork / nave has smaller weight, than similar products of other producers. Thanks to the small weight and length the radial load on the bearing is minimized. This tight overrunning clutch doesn't demand technical maintenance during normal operation. According to the characteristics and survivability this mechanism strongly exceeds old generation cam sleeves.

Today this integrated automatic clutch is widely used in sowing units, mills, baler presses, trailers,spreaders of organic fertilizers, food mixers and other agricultural machinery.
