In Hanover the largest agricultural exhibition has started

In Hanover the world's leading exhibition of agricultural machinery — Agritechnica 2017 has started. Within 7 days global manufacturers and suppliers will acquaint visitors with the ideas and innovations.

Agritechnica is a place for 2 900 exhibitors and their innovations for future crop production. This year more than 400 thousand visitors from  53 countries of the world are expected. Participants will submit the urgent decisions and the innovative ideas under the motto "Green Future –Smart Technologie". About 60% of  exhibitors will arrive from the abroad that will become a new record of  the international exhibition.

In the agrarian sector the tendency of automation of all the processes in combination with smart management  systems is noted. Use of digital technologies and association of production chains in network purchases the increasing value for agriculture. Such concepts as Cloud Computing and Big Data became usual for landowners. At  Agritechnica exhibition vendors will tell about decisions which will allow employees of HSC arranging more effective production and the best resource-saving.

How everything began

The international specialized exhibition Agritechnica is held once in 2 years. For the first time it was organized in 1985. Participants from around the world gather in Hanover where Agritechnica in 1995  has moved from Frankfurt am Main. The exhibition is the largest place for agricultural machinery and equipment producers.

The organizer of Agritechnica — the German Agricultural Society (DLG) — already for 120 years actively participates  in development of German and  European agrarian sector. DLG main activities are  testing forages quality , food and agricultural machinery, holding  international specialized exhibitions, transfering  theoretical knowledge into practice.

Participants of an exhibition have a unique opportunity for establishing contacts with exponents from all around the world — the EU, Asia and the USA. Agritechnica defines the main tendencies of development of world agro-industrial complex for the next several years.

Exposures at the Agritechnica-2017 exhibition

On special exposure (pavilion No. 15) "Future crop protection – responsibility needs ideas" the latest technologies which will allow increasing performance without harm to environment and also saving technologies will be presented . Companies will show innovative drone technologies in agriculture, drone spraying technologies and management using  GPS,plants protection  and harvest forecasting .

Recent developments in the field of agricultural machinery and the newest results of researches will be discussed at a forum on perspectives of the agrarian industry. Within the forum there will take place series of actions «Ag Machinery International - Access to emerging markets». The emphasis will be placed on the market of agricultural machinery of one of regions every day: China, Asia, Eastern Europe and Southeast Africa. Experts will tell about market potentials, their availability, funding opportunities and consumer requirements to the equipment.

The Campus & Career platform will be interesting to the one who looks for new opportunities in educational, scientific and professional activity. Here it is possible to get DLG representatives advice concerning education, professional development and  guidance.

The DLG stand in  21 pavilion will offer an extensive program on the subject "Healthy  Environment Tomorrow — Smart Technologies Today". Here it is possible to learn about the tested models of drone  tractors.
